CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
HOW CAN I CHECK STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the 'My Account Order Tab'. If you have placed the order as a guest your details won't reflect in the 'My Account' section unless you register using your order email address but don't worry, we will send you timely updates via email and SMS apprising you of your order status.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY VOUCHER ?
Enter your voucher code at the checkout and the voucher amount will automatically adjust and reflect against the total amount.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE ?
We have free shipping above Rs.2000 across India for all orders. Shipping charges are calculated as the time of checkout . Also we charge a convenience fee of Rs.50 to avail the Cash on Delivery service. This convenience fee is not refundable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME ?
Your order will be shipped the same, or next, business day. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration. All Bohobi orders are hand picked and packed with love. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS. Once your order has been despatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. Our orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the courier to be delivered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN ?
Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a new product or voucher. If a certain style is a CLEARANCE or ACCESSORIES,the same is mentioned on that specific product page itself. For products that can be exchanged, we adopt a 15-DAY FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Do note, free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY ?
You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid for a month from the date of return.
DO YOU HAVE A REVERSE PICKUP SERVICE ?
Yes, we have a free reverse-pickup service. We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days. Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original packing intact and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case your pincode is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost and we will be sure to reimburse an additional Rs.100 in the form of credit.
