Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a new product or voucher. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Sale Products cannot be returned or refunded. Accessories cannot be returned or refunded. Face masks cannot be returned or refunded.
To complete your return or exchange we require your order number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned due to inappropriate customer reasons.
Refunds (if applicable)
We offer complete refunds on pre-paid cancelled orders. Also, on prepaid successful orders, partial refunds are offered. On cash on delivery orders no refunds are applicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned but exchanged for a new size (if available) depending on customer reason validity. Procedure will be guided.
