We make sure you are happy with your Bohobi purchases. If, you need to return an order, we are happy to help. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please share your order number and exchange or return details to guide further.
Return & exchange should be informed within 7 days after delivery at email@example.com--We will arrange return pickup at the earliest. The package should be handover along with the tags in its original packing.
Can I get a refund?
We, at Bohobi allow you to refund an unused, undamaged product for the full product amount in the original mode of payment. However, for Cash On Delivery orders, we will be making a bank transfer. Details shall be required. Kindly share details only at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
∙ All items must have the original tags and should be unworn, unwashed, and
undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant ,or detergent.
∙ All items should be free of make-up or tan marks.
*Altered outfits will not be eligible for return & exchange.
*Accessories, Face masks, Eye masks & Bags will not qualify for returns & exchange.
*Certain Products do not qualify for returns & exchange. Kindly check the returns section mentioned on products.
Please Note- During festivals, Pandemics, or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE ?
We offer free shipping on all pre-paid orders across India. Shipping charge for Cash on delivery orders are ₹100 Cash on delivery orders are limited till ₹10000 Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. The shipping charges and convenience fee are not refundable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME ?
Your order will be shipped the same, or next, business day. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS. Once your order has been dispatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. Our orders are delivered within 3-5 days. Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 3-10 working days for the courier to be delivered.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS LATE OR UNDELIVERED ?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +919319822661 or write to us at email@example.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
