RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We use standard sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your items for another size or style then we can help you with return pickup of the package.
Return & exchange should be informed within 7 Days after delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org--We will arrange return pickup at the earliest. The package should be handovered along with the tags in its original packing along with the invoice. Please email us your order number with desired exchange piece along with the size required. The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value. We can also issue you a credit note if you choose to delay your purchase for the exchange items.
Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
∙ All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and
undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
∙ All items should be free of make – up or tan marks.
*We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
*Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange.
*Credit notes do no qualify for returns or refunds.
Nightwears will not qualify for returns & refunds.
Accessories, Face masks, Eye masks & Bags will not qualify for returns & refunds.
Certain Products do not qualify for returns & refunds. Kindly check returns section mentioned on products.
Please Note- During festivals, Pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE ?
We offer free shipping above ₹1500 pre-paid orders across India. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout . We offer a shipping charge of ₹60 for pre-paid orders, and we offer a shipping charge of ₹100 on cash on delivery orders. The shipping charges & handling fee are not refundable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME ?
Your order will be shipped the same, or next, business day. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS. Once your order has been dispatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. Our orders are delivered within 3-5 days. Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 3-10 working days for the courier to be delivered.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS LATE OR UNDELIVERED ?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +919319822661 or write to us at email@example.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
