IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?
We charge a minimal fee of Rs.200 on all orders across India.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?
Your order will be shipped the same, or next, business day. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS. Once your order has been dispatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. Our orders are delivered within 3-5 days. Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5-7 working days for the courier to be delivered.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS LATE OR UNDELIVERED?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +919319822662 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

We will NOT share it with any third party, other than those necessary to make the delivery of the product to you, marketing material to you and improvement purposes.
We may send marketing material in the form of emails or common digital mediums, to your contact information also. We may also study your spending patterns to improve our service offering. Bohobi reserves the right to make alterations to this policy in the future without notice.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We make sure you are happy with your Bohobi purchases.
- Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
- All the sale, discounted, bought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & size exchange is always possible. For size exchange get in touch with us on WhatsApp +919319822662.
- All our products are QC checked.
What is the Exchange policy on Bohobi?
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the Bohobi pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
We do issue a voucher for our customers, only when desired size of the product is not in stock.
If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may WhatsApp on our support number ‘+91-9319822662' or write to us at ‘email@example.com' strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request exchange for product.
Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Bohobi will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
We do only size exchange once for all orders. You can contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or +91-9319822662 The cost of return shipping of Rs.200 is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable to the customers. Any returned items that is not received by Bohobi will be treated as not returned. Items must be in original packaging unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact (All returned items will be examined by quality control).
Failing to meet the quality, we will not accept a return/exchange and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Purchase made During SALE are Not eligible for any kind of Return or exchange.
We, at Bohobi do not allow any refunds. A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is issued after receiving the return package. This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 30 DAYS on our website.
- Store credits are only issued in case of size unavailability.
The Important thing while sending back the product for return:
∙ All items must have the original tags and should be unworn, unwashed, and
undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
∙ All items should be free of make-up or tan marks.
*Altered outfits will not be valid for return & exchange.
*Accessories, Face masks, Eye masks & Bags will not qualify for returns & exchange.
*Custom orders are not valid for return & exchange.
Please Note- During festivals, Pandemics, or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
